Service bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles in unsuitable conditions.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or special treatments. Price quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. A deposit is required for booking. Final payment is due upon service completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Our services come with specific warranty periods: Ceramic coating (5 years), Paint protection film (lifetime), Paint correction (30 days). Warranty is void if proper care instructions are not followed.
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will inspect the vehicle and either rectify the issue or provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for vehicles in our care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our services.
Our advertising practices comply with Google Ads policies. We maintain transparency in pricing, services, and business operations. All promotional content accurately represents our services and capabilities.
All content on our website and marketing materials is the property of ShineDetailPro. We may use before and after photos of serviced vehicles for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, disclose any existing damage or concerns, and remove personal belongings before service. Failure to do so may affect service quality and warranty coverage.
We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles with structural damage, illegal modifications, or conditions that prevent safe service delivery. Additional charges may apply for special circumstances.
